yea, its an issue with the update, close out War Thunder and start it again

just to double check and be sure, if you forgot, bottom right of your screen, theres 4 icons, click the contacts icon, click search, type in martinct and click each one and click add contact, once i get on, ill notice the request, when i accept, ill send you a message there, the 3rd icon will glow once i send the message, click on there, the rest is easy, just click on the name where you see a glowing icon, that tells you a response was sent
